In 2019 CeraCon will open a Technical Support Centre in its new facility in Leamington Spa.
This resource will be offering prototype support for new applications with existing customers and those companies searching for improved sealing performance. It will also be focused on improving the level of Service for those customers running there own CeraCon systems.
Spearheading this new facility will be Mark Taylor, following a move from his production based role. Mark already has a close relationship with CeraCon’s existing customers and will be building a team to develop and enhance this side of the business.
Mark is truly excited about this role; ‘With regards to the new position, whilst it is a while off until this new role is fully operational, I am very much looking forward to this very exciting and technical challenge. This new role will utilise a lot of technical and organisational skills that I have obtained over many years working in manufacturing.’
CeraCon always want to help customers with their new ventures, no matter how complicated or intricate the part. This Technical Support Centre will ensure that sealing solutions can be provided even at the prototype part stage. This is why we are asking customers to get in touch as soon as they know they will require a seal. We have created the ‘Prototype Enquiry Form’ to help customers give us the information we require to seal a prototype. All you have to do is download the form, fill it out and return to email@example.com today! Click here to download the Prototype Enquiry Form form.
We would like to wish Mark the best of luck in this new role and we are sure that he will be able to build on this role and help expand CeraCon into new exciting opportunities.
