CeraCon UK had an extremely successful 2018, with the business expanding at a faster rate than ever. This means that new employees are required to meet these demands. In November, CeraCon recruited two new members of staff – Jordan Osborne and Leo Mather.
Jordan has joined CeraCon as a Trainee System Engineer. As part of his training, he went to CeraCon Germany where he underwent his ABB robotics training as well as his service training for two different systems –FoamPly FD and Hybrid CeraFlow. When asked how his time was in Germany, Jordan said “I really enjoyed the training I received at CeraCon Germany, it gave me a greater understanding and knowledge of how the ABB robot and the different systems operate. I am now looking forward to putting what I’ve been taught into practice back in the UK.”
The second new Employee to join in November was Leo Mather, the new Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Leo’s main responsibilities at CeraCon will involve running integrated marketing campaigns as well as project manging new sales and enquiries. Leo explained – “When I joined CeraCon at the start of November I had a very limited knowledge of our technology, but with support from Rob Jones (MD) I have been able to increase my knowledge of CeraCon’s technology, this has enabled me create a stronger marketing strategy as well improve interactions with customers. I have really enjoyed my role so far and I look forward to what 2019 brings.”
Both Jordan and Leo have settled in to their roles nicely and we look forward to seeing their progression at CeraCon in the future.
